Melfort Wellness Centre

Melfort Wellness Centre was a partnership between Kelsey Trail Health Region, The City of Melfort, and Avatex. The centre relocated the existing doctors within Melfort to an ideal location directly attached to the hospital. There is also a pharmacy attached to the centre with availability for additional medical uses to be located within the centre as well. The building opened in the December 2017.  

Since opening the number of doctors in the community has expanded to service the City of Melfort and surrounding communities.
